Hosting in Germany
Processing takes place on servers in German data centres.
Deleted after one hour
Uploaded files and generated templates are deleted automatically after one hour – or immediately with “Delete all data now”.
No OCR, no AI providers
blanko24 does not read any content and passes your documents to no third party. Only the line structure is detected.
Data processing agreement
For client documents we conclude a data processing agreement with you under Art. 28 GDPR.
No logs with content
File names and content are not logged. We only store how many documents your account has processed.
