What counts as one document?
One upload – a photo or a PDF with up to 2 pages (Free), 3 pages (Pro) or 5 pages (Office). Corrections in the editor and downloading again cost nothing extra.
Which documents work?
Anything with tables, frames or fields: certificates, transcripts, birth and marriage certificates, ID documents such as the Tazkira, registration certificates and forms – in any language and script.
Is the text translated or copied?
No. blanko24 deliberately creates only the blank table structure. Content and translation remain entirely your responsibility.
What happens to my documents?
They are processed on servers in Germany and deleted automatically after one hour – or immediately with one click. For client documents we provide a data processing agreement (DPA).
What if a line was detected wrongly?
Open the page in the editor: clicking a blue line removes it, clicking a pale spot adds a new one. Word and PDF are updated immediately.
Does it work with phone photos?
Yes. Skewed photos, page curl and rotated pages are straightened automatically. For best results: good light, the whole page in the picture.
Do I need an account?
No. You can create 7 documents per month without signing up. The free quota applies per internet connection – another browser or a private window does not give a new quota; in an office all workstations on the same connection share the 7 documents. You only need an account for Pro or Office.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, monthly – directly in your account under “Manage subscription”. You keep the free quota.
How do several people work in the Office plan?
The account owner invites up to four colleagues by email. Everyone signs in with their own password and creates unlimited documents; each document is visible only to the person who uploaded it.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, every payment comes with a proper invoice showing VAT, sent by email.
