From a photo to a blank Word template – shown on an invented sample certificate.
The document shown is an invented sample without real personal data.
1. Upload the document
Click “Create template” and drag a photo, scan or PDF into the box. Pages lying sideways or upside down are rotated automatically.
2. Check the pages
For phone photos, four blue dots mark the detected page corners – drag them onto the real corners if needed. For scans choose “Whole page”. Use ↺ ↻ to rotate a page by hand.
3. Choose the settings
Mode B for translations (rows grow), Mode A for exact geometry. For right-to-left documents (Dari, Arabic) you can mirror the layout. Then click “Create Word template”.
4. Check and correct the result
The blue lines show exactly what will appear in Word. Click a page to open it large:
- ✎ Lines: clicking a blue line deletes it, clicking a pale spot adds a new one.
- ⇕ Move: grab a line and drag it to the right place.
- ▣ Merge cells: click cells, then “Merge”.
- ＋ New table: draw a frame around a missing table.
- ↶ Undo or Ctrl+Z undoes every step.
5. Download
“Download Word (.docx)” or “Download PDF”. The files contain every correction you made.
