§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts for the use of blanko24 with businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Consumers are excluded from use.
§ 2 Service
blanko24 creates blank, editable table templates from uploaded documents. Checking the template and the translation are the customer's responsibility.
§ 3 Plans and quotas
The scope of services depends on the plan chosen. Unused documents of the free plan expire at the end of the month. “Unlimited” in the Pro and Office plans covers usual professional use by the registered users; automated mass processing or sharing of access is not permitted (fair use).
§ 4 Prices and payment
All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe.
§ 5 Term and cancellation
Paid plans run monthly and renew automatically; they can be cancelled at the end of the current month.
