Translate a transcript of records
Long tables of modules, semesters, credits and grades – that is where blanko24 saves the most time.
What makes this document tricky?
A transcript often has dozens of rows and several columns, sometimes across several pages. The lines are thin, sometimes dotted or left out. Rebuilding such a table by hand in Word takes longer than translating the module names.
Tips for a good result
- Dotted and very thin lines are recognised as table lines.
- Rows without printed lines can be added in the editor with one click.
- In “translation template” mode the rows grow with the text – long module names always fit.
Why a template made from the original?
- The layout of the original stays recognisable in the translation – reviewers find every field in the same place.
- No more rebuilding merged cells, frames and header rows by hand in Word.
- Broken and faint lines in the scan are closed, every cell is editable.

Frequently asked questions
How many pages at once?
Free up to 2 pages per document, with Pro up to 3 and with Office up to 5. Split longer transcripts into several PDFs.
Are the column widths kept?
Yes. The columns keep the proportions of the original, so your translation can be set side by side with it.
Does blanko24 copy the text of the document?
No. blanko24 deliberately creates only the empty table structure. You translate and type the content yourself – the translation stays fully yours and no text recognition slips in errors.
What does it cost?
7 documents per month are free, without signing up. With Pro (€9.99 a month) and Office (€29.99 a month, 5 users) you create unlimited templates.
